Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of dental supplies and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened boxes or used products. Unopened and unused items may be returned within 5 days of delivery for a refund, subject to inspection and approval. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Shipping & Handling
Order Processing Time; All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only) We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery include Standard Ground (UPS/USPS) 3–7 business days, Expedited (2-Day Air) 2 business days, Overnight shipping, Free Shipping for orders over $250. Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, weather, or carrier delays.
Local Delivery (Northern California Only) Free local delivery available on qualifying orders over $250 within select areas of Northern California, including parts of the Bay Area and Sacramento region. Same-day or next-day delivery is available for in-stock items (based on location and order time).
International Shipping currently, we do not offer international shipping. Please check back soon as we expand our delivery network.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain hazardous items (e.g., alcohol-based disinfectants) may be restricted from air shipping and may only be sent via ground.
Delays & Service Interruptions; Shipping may be delayed due to weather, supply chain disruptions, or carrier-related issues. In the rare case of a delay, we will contact you directly with updated information.
Lost or Damaged Packages; If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will assist with filing a claim and either issue a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
